How To Show Incoming Links To Your Blog On Your Wordpress Dasboard

Incoming Links or Back links are those links which are linking to your Site or blog. These links grow your readers and the number of backlinks is one indication of the popularity or importance of that website or page (though other measures, such as PageRank, are likely to be more important). So , increasing your blog back links or incoming links is directly related to your blog’s popularity.But many bloggers may have confusion in How to check the number of back links are there linking to their respective blogs.

So,If you too have problem in checking your Back links then follow the instruction below :-

1.First Go to Google Blog Search to fetch the incoming links to your blog.

2.Enter your blog name (e.g smashingeeks and not smashingeeks.com) and then click on search and you will get results as shown in the below image.

3. If you want to show these backlinks on your Wordpres Dashboard, then first open your Dashboard and then click on Configure at the top corner of Incoming Links Tab.

3.Then copy the link of the Incoming Links to your Blog from the Google Blog Search as shown in the image below.

4.Paste this Link in the Incoming Links Configure Box and choose the number of links to show on the Dashboard and then click Submit button.
