1. First, before installing or adding a font in Photoshop, you must download the font first. You can use any website to download it.
2. To make sure the font is installed successfully, I will show that the font has not been installed at all on my PC or laptop. What I'm going to download is the Fancy Delight font type, now in the image below this font type doesn't exist yet.

2. How to Install Many Fonts at Once
Maybe you have a lot of new fonts that you want to install. Instead of installing them one by one which is time consuming, of course, you can install them simultaneously or all at once.
So, just one click, all the fonts you download are installed. Just follow the steps below.
1. Please first download the various types of fonts that you want to use.
2. Then, collect all the files in rar or zip format earlier into the same folder.
3. Then, please extract all the files. You can extract them simultaneously by pressing Ctrl + A on the keyboard, then right-clicking and selecting Extract Files.
4. Then, open the extracted folder earlier
