1. After you have successfully created your Google account, login to your Gmail.
2. On the Gmail main page, click the + Write button to create a new message as indicated by the arrow in the image below.

3. After that your new message window will appear as shown below. In the image below, you can see:
* Number 1 – Contains the email address of the recipient of the assignment/message.
* Number 2 – Contains the subject of the task/message you sent. Subject contains the title/topic of your message.
* Number 3 – Contains your message/task. In this section, all your message text and attachments are listed.

4. Enter the message/text that will be sent to the recipient in the section marked by number 3 as shown in step 3.
A. Attach Files
5. So, if you want to include a file attachment in your message, click the Attach file icon as indicated by the arrow in the image below.

5. Select the file you want to send. Then, click Open.

B. Insert Link
7. If you also want to insert a link in your message, click the Insert link icon as indicated by the arrow in the image below or press Ctrl + K on the keyboard.

8. After that the Edit Link window will appear, enter the link to be inserted in the Web address section as shown below. Then, if you want to enter text that represents the link, enter it in the Text to display section. Click OK.

C. Insert files using Drive
1. Next, to insert files from Drive. You can click the Insert file using Drive icon as indicated by the arrow in the image below.

2. After that, an Insert file using Google Drive will appear as shown below. Select the file that you will insert. Then, click the Insert button.

D. Insert Photo
1. You can also insert a photo in your message by clicking the Insert Photo icon as indicated by the arrow in the image below.

2. After that, the Insert Photo window will appear, here you can upload photos locally or online. For example, I choose Web Address meaning I insert an image from the internet. Enter the image address in the Paste image URL here section. Then, click the Insert button.
