Booting to Safe Mode on Windows 10: A Simple How-To Guide

Windows 10 - How to Boot to Safe Mode
To boot Windows 10 in Safe Mode, follow these steps:

Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run command.
In the Run command window, type "msconfig" and press Enter. This will open the System Configuration utility.
In the System Configuration utility, go to the Boot tab.
Check the box next to "Safe boot" and select "Minimal" from the drop-down menu.
Click Apply and then OK to save the changes.
Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
When your computer restarts, it will boot into Safe Mode. To exit Safe Mode and boot into normal mode, follow the same steps and uncheck the "Safe boot" box before restarting your computer.
