How To Change Opera Browser Language
To change the language in the Opera browser, follow these steps:

Open the Opera browser and click on the "Menu" button in the top-left corner of the window (it looks like three horizontal lines).

From the menu that appears, select "Settings."

In the Settings menu, click on the "Language" tab on the left side of the window.

Under "Language," you will see a drop-down menu where you can select the language you want to use for the Opera browser.
