How To Change Opera Browser Language
To change the language in the Opera browser, follow these steps:

Open the Opera browser and click on the "Menu" button in the top-left corner of the window (it looks like three horizontal lines).

From the menu that appears, select "Settings."

In the Settings menu, click on the "Language" tab on the left side of the window.

Under "Language," you will see a drop-down menu where you can select the language you want to use for the Opera browser.

Select the language you want to use from the drop-down menu and click "OK" to save your changes.

Restart the Opera browser for the changes to take effect.

If you don't see the language you want in the drop-down menu, you can add it by clicking on the "Add languages" button and selecting the language you want to add from the list.
