Disabling Timeline on Windows 10: A Simple How-To Guide

How to Disable Timeline on Windows 10
To disable the Timeline feature in Windows 10, follow these steps:

Open the Settings app by pressing the Windows + I key on your keyboard.

Click on the Privacy option in the left menu.

In the Privacy settings, click on the Activity history option in the left menu.

Under the "Show activities from these accounts" section, turn off the toggle switch for the Microsoft account that you want to disable the Timeline feature for.

Under the "Allow access to activity data" section, turn off the toggle switch for the apps that you don't want to have access to your activity history.

Close the Settings app and the changes will be saved automatically.

Note: Disabling the Timeline feature will prevent Windows 10 from tracking and storing your activity history. This means that you won't be able to see your previous activities when you use the Task View or search for them in the Windows search bar.
