Excel How To Zoom In and Out

To zoom in or out on an Excel worksheet, you can use the Zoom options on the View tab. Here's how:

Open your Excel workbook and navigate to the worksheet that you want to zoom in or out on.

Click the View tab on the ribbon.

In the Zoom group, you'll see the Zoom options: Zoom In, Zoom Out, and Zoom.

To zoom in, click the Zoom In button or press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + + (plus sign). This will increase the magnification of the worksheet, making the text and other elements larger and easier to see.

To zoom out, click the Zoom Out button or press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + - (minus sign). This will decrease the magnification of the worksheet, making the text and other elements smaller and allowing you to see more of the worksheet at once.

To quickly zoom to a specific percentage, click the Zoom button and enter the percentage you want to zoom to in the Percentage box. You can also select one of the pre-defined zoom levels from the drop-down list, such as 100%, 75%, 50%, or Page Width.

To return to the default zoom level of 100%, click the Zoom button and select 100% from the drop-down list.

Keep in mind that zooming in or out on a worksheet only affects the way it looks on your screen. It doesn't change the actual size of the worksheet or the data it contains.
