To add a signature in Gmail, follow these steps:
Log in to your Gmail account.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Settings" from the menu that appears.
In the Settings menu, click the "General" tab.
Scroll down to the "Signature" section and click the "Create New Signature" button.
In the pop-up window that appears, type the text you want to use for your signature. You can use basic formatting options such as bold, italic, and underline to format your text.
If you want to include an image in your signature, click the "Insert Image" button and select the image you want to use from your computer.
When you're finished, click the "Save" button to apply your changes.
In the "Signature" section of the Settings menu, select the signature you just created from the drop-down menu next to "Signature for new messages".
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" button to apply your changes.
Your signature will now be automatically added to the bottom of all new messages you send from your Gmail account. You can edit or delete your signature at any time by following the same steps and making the desired changes.
