To boot into Safe Mode in Windows 10, follow these steps:
Press the Windows logo key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
In the Run dialog box, type "msconfig" and press Enter. This will open the System Configuration utility.
In the System Configuration utility, go to the Boot tab.
Under the Boot options section, check the box next to "Safe boot" and choose the type of Safe Mode you want to boot into: Minimal, Alternate shell, Active Directory repair, or Network.
Click Apply and then OK to save your changes and exit the System Configuration utility.
When prompted to restart your computer, click Restart. Your computer will now boot into Safe Mode.
Note: In some cases, you may need to enter your login credentials in Safe Mode to access your desktop.
