How To Create A Homegroup - Windows 8/10
To create a homegroup in Windows 8 or 10, follow these steps:

Open the Control Panel. You can do this by pressing the Windows key + X on your keyboard and selecting "Control Panel" from the menu that appears.

In the Control Panel, click on "HomeGroup" in the "Network and Internet" section.

Click on the "Create a Homegroup" button.

Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your homegroup. You'll need to choose which types of files and devices you want to share with other computers in the homegroup.

Once the homegroup is set up, you'll be given a password that other computers will need in order to join the homegroup. Be sure to write this password down and keep it in a safe place.

To join other computers to the homegroup, follow the same steps on each computer and enter the password when prompted.

That's it! You should now have a functioning homegroup that allows you to share files and devices with other computers on your home network.
