To disable Fast Boot on Windows 10, follow these steps:
Open the "Power Options" menu by searching for it in the Start menu or by pressing the Windows key + X and selecting "Power Options" from the menu that appears.
In the "Power Options" menu, click on the "Choose what the power buttons do" option on the left side of the window.
Click on the "Change settings that are currently unavailable" link at the top of the window.
Uncheck the "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" option under the "Shutdown settings" section.
Click on the "Save changes" button to save your changes and disable Fast Boot.
Note: If you're having trouble finding the "Turn on fast startup" option, make sure you're logged in with an administrator account. You may also need to enable the "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" option in the "View" tab of the "Folder Options" menu to see the option.
