Press the Windows logo key on your keyboard to open the Start menu.

This will open the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) menu. From here, you can choose to troubleshoot your system.

Click on the option to restart your PC in advanced startup options.

In the advanced startup options menu, select the option to restart now.

Your PC will restart and you will be presented with a list of options. Select the option to boot your PC in Safe Mode.
