To remove comments in Excel, follow these steps:


Open the Excel workbook containing the comments that you want to delete.

Click on the cell containing the comment you want to delete.

Right-click on the cell and select "Delete Comment" from the menu that appears.

Alternatively, you can delete all comments in the workbook at once by going to the Review tab and clicking on the "Delete" button in the Comments section of the ribbon. This will remove all comments from the active worksheet.


If you want to remove all comments from the entire workbook, you can do so by going to the Review tab and clicking on the "Delete All Comments in Workbook" button in the Comments section of the ribbon. This will remove all comments from all worksheets in the workbook.


Remember to save your workbook after deleting the comments to ensure that they are permanently removed.
