To change the font in Microsoft Word, follow these steps:

Select the text that you want to change the font for.

On the Home tab, in the Font group, click the arrow next to the font name to display the font list.

Scroll through the font list and click the font that you want to use. The selected text will change to the new font.

Alternatively, you can use the following keyboard shortcut to change the font:

Select the text that you want to change the font for.

Press Ctrl+Shift+F to open the Font dialog box.

In the Font dialog box, select the font that you want to use from the Font list.

Click the OK button to apply the new font to the selected text.

Note: If you want to change the font size or formatting, you can use the options in the Font group on the Home tab or use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+> (increase font size) or Ctrl+Shift+< (decrease font size). You can also use the options in the Font dialog box to change the font size and formatting.
