Task Manager Is Not Opening in Windows 10
There are a few things you can try if you are unable to open the Task Manager in Windows 10:
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select Task Manager from the options. If this does not work, try pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager directly.
If the above steps do not work, you can try opening the Task Manager from the command prompt. To do this, press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog, then type "cmd" and press Enter. In the command prompt, type "taskmgr" and press Enter.
If the Task Manager still will not open, you can try repairing or resetting the task manager through the System File Checker (SFC) or Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tools. To use SFC, open the command prompt as an administrator and type "sfc /scannow" and press Enter. To use DISM, type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" in the command prompt and press Enter.
If none of the above methods work, you may have a malware infection on your system. Run a full scan with your antivirus software to check for and remove any malware.
If the problem persists, you may need to reset or repair your operating system. You can try resetting your system through the Windows recovery options, or you may need to perform a clean install of Windows.
I hope one of these solutions helps resolve the issue you are experiencing with the Task Manager. If you continue to have problems, you may want to consider seeking additional technical assistance.
