Windows 11 - Picture Password
Picture Password is a feature in Windows 11 that allows you to use a picture and a series of gestures to log in to your computer. This can be a convenient and secure alternative to using a traditional password, especially if you have trouble remembering complex passwords.
To set up Picture Password on Windows 11, follow these steps:
Go to the Start menu and click on the "Settings" icon (gear icon).
In the Settings window, click on "Accounts".
In the Accounts window, click on the "Sign-in options" tab on the left side.
Under the "Picture Password" section, click on "Add".
In the Picture Password setup window, choose a picture to use as your password. You can select a picture from your files, or you can use the camera to take a new picture.
Once you've chosen a picture, you'll be asked to choose three gestures to use as your password. You can use any combination of circles, straight lines, and taps.
When you're finished creating your gestures, click "Finish" to set up your Picture Password.
From now on, you'll be able to log in to your computer by drawing the gestures you chose on your picture. If you forget your Picture Password, you can always log in using your traditional password or a security key.
Picture Password is a convenient and secure way to log in to your Windows 11 computer. It's a good option to consider if you have trouble remembering complex passwords or if you want to add an extra layer of security to your login process.
